This is a Georgian house or Colonial. The Victorian houses have a lot more fancy work on them extra fancy moldings, porches. A good example is Playmoble made a Victorian house that’s a very good example that’s easy to find.
I have been selling on ebay for 10 years now only toys, I start them low and let them bid up. But now is not the time to sell, you need to wait til there is a decision. They other thing is the house may be heavy I would weigh it and then go on the us postal service and see what the shipping will be parcel post the east coast to the west coast is expensive.
